12 Month Leasing FAQs

The vehicles offered have been inspected and, if necessary, refurbished. They are all in very good condition, but some vehicles may come with some wear and tear or minor damage like small chips, scuffs, or scratches. If this falls outside of accepted tolerances, we will discuss it with you before you sign a contract. All the used vehicles we offer have been priced accordingly.

You have the choice of paying an initial payment equivalent to 1, 3, 6 or 9 monthly rentals. As an example, if you take out a 24-month contract with a 3 month initial rental payment and the monthly rental is £200, then you would pay £600 up-front followed by 23 instalments of £200.

You will need to sign a contract, an order form, and complete a Direct Debit mandate.

We will bill you through a monthly invoice. We can provide you with an online login for invoicing to go alongside or replace paper invoicing. Your payment will then be taken on the preferred date you gave us on the Direct Debit mandate. If you haven't given us a date preference, we will charge on your date of delivery. For example, if your vehicle was delivered on the 7th of the month, you will be charged on or after the 7th of each following month.

You must take care of the vehicle and ensure that it is fully legal and roadworthy when returned. If you exceed your annual mileage allowance, you will be charged a fixed amount for each extra mile. This can be found in your agreement. We've calculated your monthly payments by assuming that the car will come back to us in good condition. Your vehicle will have photos taken just before it is delivered to you, and photos taken when it is collected at the end of your contract. We will only charge you for any damage or missing items caused during the period of your lease. If the vehicle does get damaged, you should get it fixed by a reputable specialist before you return it.

Yes, when your leased vehicle turns 3 years old, it is your responsibility to take it for an MOT regardless of the maintenance package you have taken. We will send you an MOT reminder in plenty of time before it's due.
